As we continue our growth on Vancouver Island, we are thrilled to offer the position of Community Manager for a newly completed, purposebuilt rental community in Langford. For this role, we are seeking individuals who deliver outstanding customer service, bring strong technical knowledge of building operations, and are driven to create exceptional tenant experiences. This is a handson position responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of a newly constructed 84unit residential property. As the Community Manager, the following responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Manage day-to-day building operations including move-ins and move-outs and general support Build strong relationships with residents and vendors by addressing any concerns Support leasing, show suites, and tenant retention Oversee inspections, maintenance, and capital projects Guide and lead maintenance, cleaning, and security teams Actively monitor requests or deficiencies for the building including suites, common areas, safety systems, etc. Assist the Property Manager with providing notices and more. What You Bring: 2+ years of residential building management experience Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable being hands-on Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently Valid driver license and access to a reliable vehicle (is an asset) Interested?
