Duties and Responsibilities Creates happier aging experiences and client-focused care in home and community settings Delivers comprehensive nursing care and assessments to clients according to your scope of practice In-depth knowledge regarding infection control Engages and reports in open communication with your Care Designer to create a premium experience and deliver on client care goals Responds to All Ways of Caring Admin team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed-upon timeline Functions within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently Able to use applications via phone and email to ensure proper communication and documentation are completed for your clients'' care Qualifications We provide care 24/7, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients needs Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse of Saskatchewan Minimum 1 year RN experience, home health care experience and/or facility or hospital care setting is an asset Passionate about making a difference, delivering exceptional care experience, and finding a better way TLR Certified Ability to travel independently to clients visits, possesses a Class 5 Driver''s License Availability to work from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Monday - Sunday Two positive professional references Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search #J-18808-Ljbffr
