Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Simcoe County real estate market, including rural and recreational properties Current member of TRREB Proven ability to generate and close business Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems Self-motivated, organized, and professional Valid Ontario drivers license and access to a vehicle We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
