About The Role The Senior Manager, Strategic & Innovation DT Programs plays a pivotal role at the heart of McCains digital transformation. Reporting to the VP, Digital Technology Strategy & Transformation, this role acts as a strategic execution partner to the Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO), ensuring operational excellence, executivelevel clarity, and momentum across highpriority digital initiatives. This position is ideal for highperforming professionals with experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital transformation, or advisory roles. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive crossfunctional execution, and craft the executiveready communications that shape enterpriselevel decisions. As a highly visible senior individual contributor, you will own the operating rhythm of the Digital Technology leadership team, orchestrate strategic projects, and meaningfully influence decisionmaking at the highest levels of the organization. What Youll Be Doing Strategy Execution & HighImpact Initiatives Translate strategic priorities into structured workplans that guide execution across business units and technology teams. Lead critical, timebound transformation projects from accelerators to longterm process redesign ensuring measurable business outcomes. Frame issues, structure problemsolving, and influence crossfunctional teams to deliver results in ambiguous, fastmoving environments. Identify and remove roadblocks to maintain momentum across digital transformation initiatives. Executive Communications & Leadership Reporting Develop compelling, executiveready materials including board updates, strategic narratives, business cases, KPIs, and progress reports. Synthesize complex information into insights that drive seniorlevel decisionmaking. Build clear, persuasive stories supported by data analytics, visualizations, and crisp strategic framing. Operational Leadership & Governance Own the operating rhythm of the Digital Technology leadership team, including agendas, decisionlogs, strategic workshops, and executive offsites. Drive operational excellence by designing scalable processes and improving decisionmaking workflows across the function. Establish lightweight governance that increases transparency, accountability, and alignment on priorities. CrossFunctional Influence & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong, trustbased relationships across Digital Technology, Business Units, Regional teams, and external partners. Act as a central coordination point for alignment, communication, and escalation. Influence senior stakeholders without authority, enabling cohesive, enterprisewide execution. Performance, Insights & Continuous Improvement Evaluate operational bottlenecks and implement databacked solutions to enhance productivity, service quality, and user experience. Lead KPI reviews, identify trendbased opportunities, and propose targeted performance improvements. Champion the use of automation, digital tools, analytics, and AIenabled productivity methods to modernize how the team works. What Youll Need To Be Successful Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA or relevant Masters) strongly preferred. 10+ years experience in management consulting (Big 4, strategy consultancies, or boutique advisory), corporate strategy, or chief of staff operations within a large, matrixed organization. Demonstrated success delivering executive communications, board-level analysis, or strategic project workstreams. Strong excel and PowerPoint skills; proven ability to synthesize data and deliver high-impact presentations. Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple, competing priorities under tight deadlines. Outstanding written/verbal communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. Intellectual curiosity, delivery focus, and a collaborative style are essential. Previous exposure to digital/IT, supply chain, or consumer goods environments an advantage. Compensation Package : $111,700.00 - $149,000.00 CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
