Based out of our Surrey Head Office, youll lead a focused, highperforming team responsible for leasing, design, construction, and facilities across our branches nationwide. In this pivotal role, youll drive the evolution of our national real estate strategy ensuring our spaces scale with growth, boost operational efficiency, and deliver meaningful, modern workplaces and customer experiences. Expected Compensation The expected hiring range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000 based on a 35hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidates qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
