What to expect Your day-to-day will include: Participating in grooming sessions to clarify client requirements Documenting technical solutions in user stories Estimating implementation effort and contributing to sprint planning Configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications using best practices Performing unit tests and peer reviews to ensure quality Collaborating with QA to resolve issues and validate functionality Deploying updates and managing ServiceNow environments throughout the lifecycle Leading client workshops to define business processes and implementation strategies Advising on governance, data integrity, and CMDB best practices Coordinating integrations with third-party systems and ensuring security compliance Mentoring junior team members and reviewing complex configurations You must be comfortable in environments that are not always well-defined and be able to adapt to rapidly changing contexts.
