Overview Project Manager in our Vancouver office to join our growing team. This position will involve managing varying projects within the Indigenous Infrastructure sector. It presents opportunities on a variety of tasks, with the expectation that the candidate will take a lead role in client relationship building, project management, and project delivery. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and leadership potential, thriving in a dynamic work environment. Your abilities will be strengthened and grown through a range of projects focused on the delivery and management of civil infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia, Yukon, NWT and Nunavut. You may support projects in a Project Engineering or technical role in addition to project management duties, providing growth and development opportunities in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Project Management and/or Project Engineering for a variety of civil and multi-discipline infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia. Maintaining client communications and meeting client service objectives. Guiding the project team through the preparation of deliverables to support the project and ensure the project and client needs are met in an effective and timely manner. Preparing proposals, business development, and marketing within the Indigenous Infrastructure sector. Job Requirements Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute. Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer with EGBC. Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry. Indigenous Infrastructure sector experience is an asset. Proven project management experience with civil and multi-discipline infrastructure projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Committed team player and highly motivated. Self-motivated and looking for career advancement. Valid drivers license.
