Job Title: Database and GIS Specialist Application Deadline: Friday, February 27, 2026 Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Serve as the internal authority on exploration data integrity, structure, and validation. Manage GIS and geological databases and all drilling, surface, structural, geophysical, geochemical, and historic datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and organization. Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems and protocols and provide regular reporting. Coordinate sample dispatch workflows and liaise with analytical laboratories to manage chain-of-custody, data delivery, QA/QC, and result integration. Create maps, cross-sections, figures, and other graphic material for exploration planning, reports, news releases, and marketing. Support lands and tenure data management, including spatial validation and reporting. Assist with reporting for senior management, project partners, NI 43-101 technical reports, and government filings. Prepare and contribute to technical documentation including internal memos, monthly updates, and annual reports for senior management, the Board, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Geoscience or a related field (a post-graduate degree is considered an asset). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in mineral exploration or mining. Strong working knowledge of SQL-backed databases and schema design. Experience managing drillhole data collection in exploration environments (e.g. MX Deposit or equivalent), preferably including the use of Python or similar scripting languages to automate data validation, QA/QC checks, and reporting workflows. Experience and proficiency with GIS software and data management (preferably ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Field Maps, or similar). Experience with and adherence to CIM and NI43-101 guidelines for geological databases and QA/QC Experience supporting large, multi-rig drill programs with high sample throughput is considered a strong asset. Possess a demonstrated commitment to safety, environment, and community. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges. Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required. Legal authorization to work in Canada required.
