SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Project Engagement Support (PL): is responsible for planning and orchestration of Onboarding activities in different scenarios (Greenfield/Brownfield/Model company) with different setup of stakeholders. Furthermore, the PL is responsible for planning and orchestration of complex changes to system landscapes during lifecycle status run eg release upgrades, landscape transformation etc. The Project Lead (PL) is driving the offboarding phase of customers who are deciding to leave SAP Enterprise Cloud Services through planning and orchestrating among the various involved teams. Role Requirements: Excellent customer facing communications experience Excellent team coordination experience Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and SAP Basis Previous hands on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers Experiences in performing system owner ted tasks Willingness to work during weekends/off business hours Profound Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions (min.
