Salesforce Administrator Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital Ltd. Toronto, ON Interested in joining one of Canadas top performing asset managers? We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator for an existing vacancy in our growing Operations & Technology team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled Salesforce professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving digital transformation. The team is responsible for implementing the firms technology roadmap, managing platforms like Salesforce, and supporting operational excellence across departments. As a key contributor, you will lead initiatives that enhance platform capabilities, improve data integrity, and elevate user experience. Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week. What You Will Do Design and implement scalable, customized Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust, user-friendly solutions. Create and maintain platform configuration including custom objects, record types, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms, and custom metadata types. Oversee platform configuration including advanced automation (Flows, Apex triggers), integrations, and third-party apps. Stay current with Salesforce releases and lead adoption of new features such as Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and OmniStudio. Define and enforce data governance policies, ensuring high standards of data quality and compliance. Design and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and data models to support analytics and executive decision-making. Lead data migration and transformation projects using tools like Data Loader and Workbench. Implement and monitor field-level security, sharing rules, and role hierarchies to ensure data access integrity. Act as a senior escalation point for Salesforce-related issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes. Drive continuous improvement by automating business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers to streamline workflows and enhance user satisfaction. Assist in maintaining documentation for processes, procedures, and user guides. Lead UAT planning and execution for new solutions and enhancements. Support Salesforce-related projects from initiation to delivery, including timelines, and stakeholder communication. Assist in cross-functional workshops and training sessions to promote platform adoption and user empowerment. Represent the Operations & Technology team in strategic planning discussions and contribute to roadmap development. What You Bring Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications preferred. Additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Data Architect) are a strong asset. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development. DocuSign Administrator or Developer certification; is an asset. Proficiency in Flow Builder, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Experience with third party applications including Gearset and Jet Stream is an asset. Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration strategies. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, or CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics). Salary The salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
