Responsibilities Developing and deploying production plans based on forecasts and capacity. Maximizing operational efficiency (labor, equipment, raw materials). Supervise and motivate production teams and middle managers. Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and implement improvement initiatives. Participate in strategic decisions related to growth and process optimization. Maintain an active presence on the shop floor and foster a positive work environment. Desired Profile Significant experience in production management in the food sector. Mobilizing leadership and ability to structure operations. Solid understanding of manufacturing realities and quality standards. Results-oriented and strong analytical skills.
