Job Details Title: Clinical Quality Lead Salary: $107,671 - $134,889 per year (pay range explained below) Contract: Term, ending June 2, 2026 (possibility of extension) Hours: 8:30am4:30pm MonFri (core hours 9am3pm MonFri) Location: Remote Bargaining Unit: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada) About The Role As a Clinical Quality Lead, you will support the development and implementation of an FNHA framework, methodology and processes, including communication tools, to monitor, develop responses to and report on quality, care and safety issues using a twoeyed seeing perspective. You will facilitate nursing service efforts by supporting direct care nurses and their respective leaders (inperson or virtually) to ensure that quality improvement and client experience activities are aligned with strategic priorities, evidencebased, comply with regulatory and accreditation standards, and uplift Indigenous ways of knowing/being/doing. About You To be successful in this role you will have/be: Please refer to Job Specification section of the Job Description for more details. Education Bachelors degree in nursing from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Additional training, education, or experience related to First Nations health and healing. Current BCCNM certified practice in Remote Nursing is an asset. One year plus experience in rural/remote practice is preferred. Project Management training preferred. Occupational Certification Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Formal quality improvement, change management, and/or innovation training/education and certification (Quality Academy, IHI Improvement Advisor Certificate, ASQ Green or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma) is preferred. Formal training in Patient Safety (e.g. CPPS, IHI Patient Safety Officer) is preferred.
