With your knowledge of multiresidential mortgages, your experience in sales and commercial client service, and your banking expertise, you will have a positive impact on the sectors profitability and on the client experience. Your role Support clients in transactions involving the purchase of rental properties, construction of rental buildings, and development of integrated projects such as land financing, infrastructure, and residential development. Achieve the sectors financial objectives. Ensure portfolio management through loan renewals and annual reviews. Support clients and refer them to the appropriate teams based on their needs. Identify sales opportunities. Participate in team meetings and meetings with partners. Your team Within the Real Estate Development Unit, you report to the Associate VicePresident, Real Estate Development Unit.
