Role Description We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. In this full-time, on-site position based in Vancouver, BC, you will handle litigation matters related to the construction industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting motions, conducting legal research, managing depositions, attending court proceedings, and providing high-quality client service. You will work closely with partners, clients, and project teams to find efficient solutions to construction-related disputes and legal challenges.
