Shine Bright. We are looking for our next Great Team Member to join us as a Maintenance Associate. This is a Full Time and Permanent role. Responsibilities Assist with preventative maintenance and report work orders (e.g., replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, grouting repairs). Perform room checks after guest departures and assist with general repairs to areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Assist with routine repairs to hotel equipment, including small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and boilers. Help with snow removal, landscaping, and maintaining the buildings exterior (curb appeal). Respond to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction. Perform safety checks on equipment and facilities and participate in the hotels emergency response team. Who Were Looking For Customer-focused individuals who are passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and associates. Technical skills to perform basic repairs and maintenance in areas like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. Attention to detail and highly organized in performing maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
