Overview We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to serve as the senior technical authority for architecting and guiding the delivery of productiongrade AI and machine learning capabilities across our enterprise AI platform. This role is responsible for translating business and platform needs into scalable, secure, and observable AI system architectures, covering LLMs, agentbased systems, retrievalaugmented generation (RAG), inference pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and MLOps. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that AI/ML solutions align with business objectives, technical requirements, and operational best practices. Responsibilities AI/ML Architecture & Design Own endtoend solution architecture for enterprise AI/ML systems. Design scalable, modular, and secure architectures. Maintain architecture artifacts and standards. AI Engineering & Applied ML Systems Design production LLM, RAG, and agent systems. Guide teams through architectural reviews. MLOps, Observability & Operations Define CI/CD pipelines for AI systems. Establish monitoring and KPIs. Data, Governance & Safety Embed privacy, security, and compliance controls. Define AI safety guardrails. Integration & Platform Strategy Architect integrations and APIs. Stakeholder Collaboration Translate business needs into AI solutions. Ensure architectural decisions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and best practices. Integration, Identity & Security Design solutions that integrate with internal and external systems using modern APIfirst and eventdriven patterns. Collaborate with security and privacy stakeholders to ensure solutions meet authentication, authorisation, data protection, and compliance requirements. Incorporate identity, access management, and data governance considerations into all architectural designs. Cloud & Platform Strategy Inform architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services. Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that support longterm platform scalability and reliability. Balance innovation with operational stability, performance, and cost efficiency. Stakeholder & Client Collaboration Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical solutions. Communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Support client and internal leadership discussions by providing clear architectural options, tradeoffs, and recommendations. Qualifications 812+ years in engineering or architecture. Experience with GenAI, RAG, agents, and MLOps. Strong cloud background. Proven experience designing and delivering complex, enterprisescale digital platforms. Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Deep understanding of API design, system integration patterns, and distributed systems. Experience working within Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban). Ability to influence technical direction while collaborating across crossfunctional teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and rationale. Experience with eventdriven architectures, microservices, and domaindriven design. Nice to Have Experience with identity, access management, or datacentric platforms. Experience in regulated or privacysensitive environments. Prior experience supporting multiple products or clients within a shared platform ecosystem.
