As a Senior Project Manager in our Transit & Rail team, you will lead the delivery of complex transportation infrastructure that improves mobility, resilience, and the daily lives of communities across Canada. From network planning to construction delivery, youll guide multidisciplinary teams shaping futureready rail systems. Your Impact Manage teams of Project Managers, Engineers, Planners, Designers, and technical specialists to deliver major transit and rail projects. Develop project workplans, schedules, and execution frameworks that enable highquality, ontime, and onbudget delivery. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure informed, transparent communication on progress, risks, and emerging issues. Coordinate with regulatory bodies, municipal authorities, and community stakeholders to align project requirements and expectations. Oversee cost control, financial reporting, and project performance metrics; manage changes proactively and collaboratively. Assess project delivery risks, define contingency strategies, and initiate mitigation actions as needed. Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety requirements, and all applicable technical and regulatory standards. Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of heavy rail, light rail, subway, and related facilities that shape future mobility networks. The Skills That Set You Apart You bring 10+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary rail and linear infrastructure projects. You hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering and are licensed (or eligible) as a Professional Engineer in Ontario. You have handson experience delivering transit infrastructureheavy rail, LRT, commuter rail, subway systems, stations, and facilities. You are skilled in project planning, risk management, financial performance management, and navigating complex delivery models. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at guiding teams through technical, operational, and scheduledriven challenges. A PMP certification is considered an asset. Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $147,500 $195,400 MB & ON: $134,600 $184,600 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $133,200 $176,900 Disclosure The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
