Growth Partners, and Salesforce Ventures. About the Team The AI Transformation team is driving how Invoca scales the use of artificial intelligence across every function in the company. We partner closely with every department from Customer Success to Marketing to Operations to reimagine workflows, reduce manual effort, and create innovative ways of working. About the Role The Applied AI Analyst plays a key role in bringing Invoca''''s AI Transformation strategy to life. This individual contributor role partners directly with executives and department leaders to identify, design, and implement AIpowered automations that make our business faster, smarter, and more scalable. You will work handson with teams to both build automations and teach others how to build their own helping employees become selfsufficient in leveraging modern AI tools. Youll explore and apply cuttingedge solutions like large language models (LLMs), taskbased agents, and AInative workflow platforms (such as n8n and Gumloop) to deliver meaningful operational impact. You Will Partner with executives, functional leaders, and teams to identify highvalue automation and workflow optimization opportunities. Map, design, and prototype AIdriven workflows using tools like n8n, Gumloop, Zapier, or similar platforms. Build and deploy automation pilots that streamline internal processes, reduce costs, or improve employee experience. Teach teams how to build and maintain their own automations driving sustainable AI fluency across Invoca. Stay current with the fastmoving AI tools market, including LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), taskoriented agents, and automation technologies. Collaborate with IT, Data, and Operations to ensure automations are secure, scalable, and integrated with Invoca systems. Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and experiment frameworks for automation best practices. Measure and communicate impact, including time savings, adoption, and operational efficiency improvements. You Have 3+ years of experience in operations, process design, automation, or productrelated roles within a SaaS or technology environment. Proven ability to identify business challenges and translate them into effective automation solutions. Handson experience with AInative automation tools (e.g., n8n, Gumloop, Make, Zapier). Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models, AI agents, and workflow orchestration systems. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills comfortable working directly with executives and crossfunctional teams.
