Job Description Director, Creator As a Director, Creator at Zeno, you will lead Creator/Influencer strategy and execution. You will live inside culture, understand how influence actually moves, and know how to turn creators, platforms and trends into measurable business results. You will use your sharp instincts and deep relationships across the Canadian creator and talent ecosystem. You will set the standard for thinking, craft, and execution, while helping mentor teams and advising senior clients with confidence. About The Role Own senior-level strategy and daytoday leadership across a portfolio of creatorled accounts, from ideation through execution, reporting, and optimisation. Design insightdriven creator programs that ladder to clear business, brand, and earned objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on the creator landscape, including platform trends, creator selection, content strategy, and performance frameworks. Stay ahead of social and cultural trends, with a strong pulse on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging formats shaping creator behavior in Canada. Bring a strong POV to the table. You dont just execute briefs, you challenge them. Lead integrated creator programs in close partnership with PR, social, paid media, and experiential teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, managers, and industry partners across Canada. Present confidently to senior clients, translating cultural insight into clear strategic direction. Mentor and develop junior team members, setting a high bar for strategic thinking, craft, and accountability. Identify new creatorled opportunities across existing and prospective clients. Oversee KPIs, budgets, scopes, and resourcing to ensure programs deliver on time and on strategy. Play a key role in new business development, bringing a strong creator POV to pitches and growth opportunities. About You 8+ years of experience in Creator Marketing, PR, or integrated communications, ideally within an agency setting. Deep fluency in the creator ecosystem, including platforms, talent tiers, content formats, paid amplification, and performance measurement. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Strong presenter with experience developing and delivering insightdriven plans to senior stakeholders. Proven ability to provide creative and strategic counsel and build credibility with seniorlevel client contacts. Comfortable in fastpaced environments; able to think on your feet as priorities shift. Collaborative, resultsdriven team player with strong organisational skills. Commitment to continuous learning and leadership growth. Strong advocate for Creator Marketing within an integrated agency team (IAT) model. Posting Information Pay Range: $85,000 to $100,000 CAD/yr. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and regionspecific benefits. In accordance to Ontarios Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges can not exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD.
