Join to apply for the HR People Experience Manager role at PepsiCo Overview The HR People Experience Manager contributes to the success of PepsiCo Canada by leading People programs and implementing strategies and policies designed to promote positive employee and labour relations while achieving key business objectives. Reporting to the People Experience Director - West, the position will provide People Leadership across Operations, Warehouse and Delivery for British Columbia based out of our Delta, BC manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is a People professional with strong business acumen, solid knowledge of labour relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and collaborate at all levels of the organization. Promote a healthy work environment through negotiating and enforcing collective agreements, managing the grievance resolution process, participating in labour relations meetings, and administering company policies and procedures. Conduct employee investigations, or participate in them, to ensure appropriate outcomes and follow-up. Lead training programs focused on developing the management team. Consult with executives to assess needs for staffing plans, and provide guidance and support to the recruitment team. Demonstrate leadership and provide support to directors for performance management and succession planning processes. Advise members of management on change leadership to ensure proper execution and communication of change initiatives. Collaborate with managers on disability cases and other strategic partners (environment, health and safety) to manage and support short- and long-term disability cases, and return-to-work processes. Partner with the business to develop and execute site level strategies to improve Organizational Health and culture Qualifications Bachelors Degree with focus in Industrial/Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or another related field preferred Approximately 8 years of People Management experience Previous work experience in labour relations in a unionized environment Proven ability to establish credibility and influence as a leader within a management team and with front-line employees Understanding of labour standards, laws, and regulations Ability to use MS Office tools, particularly for creating engaging presentations and producing intermediate-level People analyses in Excel Occasional travel required between Surrey and Delta Why work at PepsiCo At PepsiCo, youre invited to be a part of a global team of innovators who make, move, and sell these productswhich are enjoyed by more than 1 billion people a day.
