The RIMOWA Retail Support Associate is responsible for assisting the store team in all operational duties to help increase store productivity and performance.Job responsibilitiesReports to Store Manager ensuring work duties are accurately performedMonitors the flow of all shipments and ensures prompt follow up with discrepanciesAssist with yearend inventory counts including preparationDetermine appropriate methods of shipping and prepare relevant paperwork as neededEnsure all stock areas are neat, clean and orderly per company standardResponsible for completing basic luggage repairs using small hand toolsPerform box counts and validate against bills of lading, ensuring discrepancies, shortages or damages are reported immediatelyAssist selling floor with product placement and stock recoveryComplete transfer formsReceive merchandise onto selling floorEnsure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies as per store readinessEnsure accurate tracking and placement of all paid goods.Perform deliveries as requestedAssist client advisors on the sales floor as neededUtilize the R-client tool to connect with clients regarding their repairs or to propose new products when appropriateHandle any new projects as required by the management team or business needProfileHigh School diploma or equivalentDetail oriented, task focusedProfessional, strong communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude, team playerAbility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidaysMust be able to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly #J-18808-Ljbffr
