Bilingual French + English Practice Success Manager Join to apply for the Bilingual French + English Practice Success Manager role at Sage. As our Bilingual French and English Practice Success Manager, you are responsible for developing and growing business with bookkeeping and accounting practices by positioning Sage for Accountants. Every day you will work with existing and new bookkeeping and accounting firm clients to position multiple Sage products from GoProposal to Futrli. You will conduct discoveries with prospective practices to understand their business and clients, and align one or more Sage solutions based on their needs. To thrive in this quotabased role, you will develop trusted relationships with practice owners to expand their footprint of Sage solutions for their practice or to serve their clients. Responsibilities Hybrid Office Environment: work in the office 3 days a week in downtown Vancouver or Toronto. Manage conversations with prospective bookkeepers and accountants to build a relationship and determine multiple Sage solutions as part of Sage for Accountants. Establish value by presenting Sage for Accountants and highlighting how solutions such as Sage Business Cloud Accounting and Auto Entry can be viable options for bookkeepers and accountants who provide accounting services. Initiate telephone and email contacts with bookkeepers and accountants from marketingqualified leads (e.g., online registrations, events, newsletters). Resultsdriven with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed key performance indicators, pipeline creation, and revenue targets. Identify potential cold prospects and drive new pipelines and opportunities. Qualifications Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, valuebased solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business development in a hightech or SaaS industry. Background in accounting/finance is preferred but not required. Experience with MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce. Ability to travel up to 10%. Benefits 100% paid premiums for health, dental, and vision coverage. Compensation The compensation will be determined by location, level, jobrelated knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a salary range of C$60,000 to C$65,000, with commissions; the OTE (On Target Earnings) can be up to $108,333.33. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased commission plan.
