InHouse Marketing Representative As an InHouse Marketing Representative, youll be the friendly face that greets guests and helps them make the most of their vacation. Your role is all about creating connectionsbooking qualified timeshare presentations for Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other guests staying on property. Youll share exciting opportunities, offer exclusive incentives, and ensure every interaction reflects our Spirit of Service culture. Responsibilities Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service in a fastpaced environment. Connecting with guests at checkin and through followup calls to schedule presentations. Sharing approved promotional materials and incentives that make guests feel valued. Confirming appointments and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Qualifications A people person with excellent communication and customerservice skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
