Under the direction of the Director of Strategic Growth, the Webmasters primary responsibilities are the management of website content and ensuring that the City of Moose Jaw provides functional and efficient websites to the public and its employees. This position will perform the following duties: - Work closely with City departments and the Citys Director of Strategic Growth and Manager of Communications/Stakeholder Relations to manage the content of the Citys public websites - Perform back-end website maintenance, maintain effective documentation and ensure that proper backups are kept - Work with staff to help support and maintain internal sites - Improve websites through site design improvement and functional enhancements Qualified applicants will possess: - A recognized post-secondary certificate in a related field - 3 years experience managing and developing websites and content - Proven experience as a webmaster or web developer - Working knowledge of website management tools and web hosting platforms - Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to generate creative ideas - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and able to generate creative ideas #J-18808-Ljbffr
