Reporting to the Leader, Business IT Solutions, the Senior Business Analyst partners closely with clinical and corporate teams to make sure our systems are practical, sustainable, and truly make daytoday work easier. Youll operate at the intersection of people, process, and technology, translating operational needs into thoughtful system design and ensuring platforms continue to evolve alongside the organization. What You Bring Education, Training and Experience - Graduation from a recognized degree program in a relevant discipline - Five (5) years recent, related experience that includes managing medium to large scale projects, facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of partner groups, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Your Day to Day: - Provide consultative support to departments by helping teams understand system capabilities and opportunities for process improvement - Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, configuration design, testing coordination, reporting, and postgolive optimization - Take ownership of assigned platforms (including tools such as JIRA and other emerging enterprise systems), ensuring they remain stable, scalable, and aligned with user needs - Serve as a goto resource for users, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and thoughtful recommendations - Partner with PDHIS and service providers to refine configurations, support maintenance cycles, and manage externally managed product upgrades - Contribute to product roadmaps and recommend enhancements based on feedback and organizational priorities - Support access management, licensing oversight, and operational reporting - Oversee intake and triage processes, providing status updates while maintaining operational inventory and activity metrics - Participate in user experience reviews and continuous improvement initiatives - Contribute to strategies, policies, and governance practices that support longterm system sustainability - Prepare and deliver training materials and user guidance to support adoption and effective platform use - Perform other related duties as required Who We Are: Providence Health Care is one of the largest faithbased health care organizations in Canada.
