A well-established, family-run orthodontic practice located in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct patient consultations and provide clear, compassionate guidance. - Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner. - Coordinate care with patients other healthcare providers (e.g., general dentists and specialists). - Prepare and send professional correspondence and letters. Schedule: - Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays - Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Wage: $38 - $43 per hour (based on experience) - Monthly incentives. Requirements: - A minimum of two years of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. - Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license is considered an asset. - Bubbly, outgoing, and organized team player. - Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
