Working in a stunning mountain resort, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily duties that include supporting stakeholders in the configuration, administration, integration, and optimization of business-critical applications. This individual will be responsible for supporting stakeholders and driving process improvements, aligning with the strategic goals of the Resort. Compensation Information: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum Physical Requirement: Medium; work activities involve handling loads up to 20kg; predominantly in an indoor setting. This job position requires physical presence at the designated location. Primary Responsibilities: - Support the IT Manager, Systems Administration team and departmental leaders in the configuration, administration, integration, and optimization of Sun Peaks Resorts and Sun Peaks Grand Hotels business-critical applications (POS, PMS, E-commerce). - Participate in system implementations, migrations, and ongoing enhancements across various enterprise applications and cloud services. - Focus on interpreting needs, improving processes, and aligning systems with business goals. - Ensure seamless system integrations, support stakeholder engagement, and drive process improvements aligned with the resorts strategic goals.
