The Role This position combines front-of-house responsibilities with general office administration and mild PA support, playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Reception & Front of House - Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and contractors - Managing the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, professional and welcoming - Answering and directing incoming calls and email enquiries efficiently and courteously - Managing the general office inbox and distributing enquiries appropriately - Coordinating meeting room bookings, preparing rooms and arranging refreshments - Receiving and distributing post and deliveries - Maintaining key log systems and ensuring the secure handling of property keys PA & Administrative Support - Providing light PA support to a Director, including diary coordination and meeting support - Offering general administrative assistance to residential sales, lettings and property management teams - Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, property details, photos and floor plans - Liaising with internal marketing or PR teams to share property information - Supporting the use of property portals such as Rightmove, LonRes and Zoopla About You - Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or office support role - Previous experience working in a commercial or residential environment - Some exposure to PA or senior support duties would be beneficial - Professional, personable and confident communicator - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential (training provided) - An interest in property and a willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
