Our Business FISPAN Services Inc. Were looking for a builder who shares our Passion and Grit to help us grow our Engineering, Product and technical teams. Key Responsibilities - 45 years of experience as a QA engineer with a strong focus on automation. - Design and maintain scalable, end-to-end automation frameworks for backend APIs (Java-based), using technologies like Rest Assured, Junit, Mockito etc. - Define, execute and maintain test plans for complex microservices architectures, covering functional, regression, and edgecase scenarios. - Conduct manual endtoend tests in collaboration with bank partners in our lower environments. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling to run and maintain E2E tests. - Familiarity with UI test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. - Solid understanding of microservices, JSON/XML, and how distributed systems communicate. Good understanding of security protocols like OAuth, SSL/TLS etc. - Nice to have experience working with ERPs (e.g. Netsuite or Quickbooks Online). - Nice to have experience working with banks or in the fintech space. - Highlevel experience working with cloud platforms and technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with crossfunctional teams. - Collaborative experience working closely with developers to ensure QA is fully integrated into the development lifecycle. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools. With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $98,040 - $105,620 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semiannual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
