Complete at least two years of study at an institution or higher education (equal to 60 semester hours); 2. Obtain an associate's degree (or higher); 3. Pass one of the formal assessments: WorkKeys Test (proctored prior to January 2017); Michigan Test for Teacher Certification Basic Skills (MTTC); or ETS Parapro Assessment (proctored at the Sault Schools Administration Building). The paraprofessional position is a 9month position (school year) with an hourly wage of $18.20 per hour. Positions have full benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life, and longterm disability insurances, retirement and Paid Time Off). Position open until filled.
