About the Team Youll be joining the International New Verticals team: a small but mighty group of passionate business development, marketing, strategy and operations professionals. About the Role We are looking for an Associate to support our growing New Verticals Partnerships team. You will work with our most strategic partners and our internal business teams to spearhead analytical deep dives to drive operational efficiencies, identify product gaps, and build business cases for internal and external partners. Have strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets) with the ability to navigate through large datasets to derive core business insights that form your decisionmaking. Are an AIcurious builder: you experiment with AI tools and ship practical workflows (automation, data enrichment, internal tools) not just promptwriting and can translate messy business problems into reliable, repeatable systems. Are a confident communicator with the ability to steer conversations (including difficult ones) and present business insights in a clientfacing forum. A proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage and meet deadlines and hit goals. An ownership mentality: you are excited to dive into problems (small or big) and are always looking for ways to improve. Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission.
