About Four Leaf RoverFour Leaf Rover is a science-forward pet wellness brand focused on improving dogs health through clean, functional supplements. Our products are designed to work as systems and are used daily or over time; which means education, trust and retention matter more than one time conversions.Email is a core revenue channel for us, not a support channel. Were hiring an in-house Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own it fully.The RoleAs our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution and performance of all email marketing at Four Leaf Rover retail and wholesale, with a heavy emphasis on:triggered and behavior based flowspost purchase educationautoship adoption and retentiondeliverability and list healthThis role is for someone who understands that a great lifecycle email feels helpful, timely and earned not promotional or spammy.What Youll OwnLifecycle & Triggered Email (Primary Responsibility)You will design, build, optimize and own all core flows, including:Welcome and early educationAbandoned cart, checkout and browse abandonPost-purchase education by product and use caseReplenishment and usage remindersAutoship conversion and autoship retention flowsWin back and churn preventionYoull think deeply about when an email should be sent, why it should be sent, and what the customer needs to understand next.Autoship Performance & RetentionYou will:Use email to drive autoship adoption at the right momentImprove autoship retention through education, expectation setting and product usage guidanceReduce churn by addressing confusion, misuse or lack of perceived resultsPartner with operations and customer support to understand real churn driversAutoship success is a core KPI for this role.Deliverability & List HealthYou will be responsible for maintaining strong inbox placement and sender reputation, including:List hygiene and suppression strategyEngagement based sending logicMonitoring spam complaints, bounces and ISP performanceEnsuring emails are structured to prioritize deliverability over design gimmicksThis role requires someone who understands that email only works if it reaches the inbox.Klaviyo OwnershipYou will fully own Klaviyo, including:Flow architecture and maintenanceSMS performance and logicDynamic content and personalization logicSmart use of segmentationTemplate governance and consistencyTesting and iteration of subject lines, timing and sequencingMeasurement & AccountabilityYou will track and improve:Flow revenue contributionAutoship conversion rateAutoship retention and churnReorder rate and time to second purchaseClick, RPR, unsubscribe and spam complaint ratesYoull be expected to tie email activity to real business outcomes, not just email metrics.What This Role Is NotNot a campaign sender roleNot a copywriter positionNot an agency coordination roleNot focused on flashy design or heavy promotionsThis is a systems and ownership role.Who Were Looking ForExperience5+ years in DTC lifecycle or retention marketingDeep hands-on experience with KlaviyoDirect experience owning triggered flows and post purchase journeysExperience working with subscription or autoship models strongly preferredExperience in supplements, pet, wellness or other education-heavy products a plusYou AreAnalytical and detail orientedComfortable owning outcomes, not just tasksCurious enough to learn our products deeplyWilling to say no to emails that shouldnt be sentFocused on long term customer value, not short term spikesTools & EnvironmentKlaviyo (primary)ShopifySkio or other autoship platformAnalytics and reporting dashboardsClose collaboration with leadership, CX and opsCompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance incentives tied to retention and autoship outcomesFull-time, remote role
