Someone who knows their way around Genetec Security Center and can confidently work with clients to deliver rock-solid results.Who This Role is ForYou're a mid- to senior-level technician or technical specialist with experience in enterprise security systems.You enjoy troubleshooting, solving challenging technical problems, and working directly with customers.Youre looking to grow beyond break/fix work into project delivery, optimization, and long-term customer success.Youre comfortable acting as a technical advisor, working with both internal teams and external clients.What Youll Be DoingDeploying, configuring, and optimizing enterprise Genetec systems and peripherals (access control, video, analytics, and more).Auditing existing deployments and recommending improvements or redesigns.Acting as a technical lead on client projects, from kickoff to handover.Supporting custom integrations and automation developed by our internal dev team.Providing Tier 2/3 support, identifying root causes of performance issues, and helping customers get the most out of their systems.What Were Looking For3+ years working hands-on with enterprise security systems (especially Genetec).Strong grasp of networking fundamentals, Windows Servers, and SQL.Experience working with enterprise clients hospitals, utilities, higher ed, airports, etc.Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working independently.A desire to grow into a customer-facing role that includes project delivery, optimization, and advisory.Nice to Have:Genetec certificationsExperience with scripting, automation, or video analyticsFrench proficiency (bilingual is a bonus)Why Join SoloSquid?100% remote - with a focus on outcomes not how many hours you've workedSmall team, big impact you wont feel like a numberInteresting technical challenges that go beyond camera countsGroup Benefits PlanRoom to grow as we expand managed services and pro-services offeringsSound Like You?Apply now and lets talk.
