POSITION MANDATEThe Team Power Solutions group of companies (TPS) is seeking a senior technology leader todrive our digital transformation initiatives. The overall mandate for the role is to develop andexecute a future-ready digital strategy for the organization that is aligned with business goals,and to define and execute a transformation roadmap that enhances efficiency, scalability, andprofitability of TPS.The role will partner closely with senior leaders, IT Operations, and business unit managersacross the organization to help evaluate current technologies and identify opportunities tooptimize operations through digital transformation.WHAT YOU WILL DO1. Technology Strategy & Roadmap Assess TPS current systems, infrastructure, and applications against businessneeds Develop and implement a multi-year technology and data strategy for TPS thatis aligned with company growth objectives and industry trends Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions and platforms tosupport future needs Establish data governance and business intelligence frameworks to supportdata-driven decision making Ensure alignment of solutions across all business units and geographicallocations of the organization2. Execution & Transformation Lead the design and execution of digital transformation initiatives across TPSbusiness units Drive process optimization, automation, and integration initiatives Collaborate with department leaders to re-engineer workflows, removebottlenecks, improve productivity, and strengthen decision-making capabilities Oversee implementation of new systems, ensuring appropriate changemanagement and adoption3. Cybersecurity & Risk Management Partner with IT Operations to ensure TPS cybersecurity standards and protocolsare aligned with best practices (including ISO standards) for industrial systems,on premise data management, and cloud environments Stay current with emerging risks, threats, and compliance requirements, andensure the organization is equipped to mitigate and address them Ensure appropriate business continuity and resilience measures are in place forTPS digital operations Implement safeguards to protect digital assets Develop and implement an organizational AI Governance framework addressingdata protection, output integrity, safe deployment, and regulatory compliance4. Innovation & Emerging Technologies Monitor, stay informed and evaluate emerging new technologies (ex: AI,machine learning, IoT, etc) for potential impact and application to TPS Build a sustainable long-term AI strategy to maximize the competitive advantagefor TPS while balancing risk and data ownership/security. Lead the Companys AICenter of Excellence group Lead information sessions and pilots of tools that can provide a competitiveadvantage Foster a culture of innovation through joint experimentation, education, andcollaboration5. Data Management Support building a scalable data architecture that enables real-time insights,forecasting, and decision-making Establish data governance practices to ensure accuracy, integrity, security, andscalability Evaluate current database infrastructure and develop a long-term strategy thataligns with company goals and growth objectives across new geographies6. Strategic Leadership Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with TPS corporatestrategy Be an advisor to TPS leadership on digital and technology trends Act as a change agent for TPS, foster a culture of innovation and continuousimprovement throughout the business Represent TPS in technology related partnerships, vendor discussions, andindustry forums maintaining the organization at the forefront of digitalinnovationKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Delivery of a digital transformation roadmap that aligns with company goals Productivity and labour efficiency Overhead cost reduction Elimination of waste, downtime, and manual inefficiencies Digital adoption rates ROI on technology investments and initiatives Profit margin improvement Employee satisfaction and engagement scoresWHO YOU ARE Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic Extremely passionate about your work Interactive and eager to work in collaboration with other team members across anorganization Very organized with strong project planning and execution skills, as well as the ability tocontinually drive process improvement Dependable and trustworthy - you dont cut corners, you do what is right and use yourown judgment in a sound manner Be an engaged communicator, focused and driven with a keen sense of purpose andurgency Big picture strategic thinker, and execution oriented team leader that is also willing toroll up your sleeves to get things done Curious, innovative, and dedicated to continuously learning and introducing new andbetter ways to work Comfortable navigating new and rapidly evolving technologies, including AI andadvanced analytics, with a strong sense of ethical responsibility and risk awareness.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 10+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy or transformation leadership roles Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. Proven track record evaluating, implementing, and managing enterprise systems andtechnology roadmaps Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud solutions, business intelligence platforms, andprocess automation Deep familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and risk management. Proven success leading technology implementations and digital transformationinitiatives including ERP implementations, data warehousing strategies, cloudmigrations, AI adoption Experience implementing digital change management frameworks Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills. Ability to bridge strategy with execution and to influence at all levels of theorganization. Familiarity with enterprise IT systems (ex: Microsoft 365, SAP, Ceridian Dayforce,Hubspot, Project Management software, Procurement software, CRMs)
