Youll build AI systems that directly drive revenue for real businesses.This role sits at the intersection of: Workflow Automations Prompt design Sales psychology CRM Integrations Client-facing problem solvingYoull be building, iterating, debugging, and speaking directly with clients. If something breaks, you fix it. If performance drops, you improve it.This role starts as a contractor position, not salaried employment. Hours are flexible and project-dependent, some weeks you might work 510 hours, other weeks you could be full-time (20-50 hours) on a client build. If we're deep in a project, we need you available. if it's slow, hours simply scale back. We need someone who genuinely thrives in that kind of setup.As SayVo grows, this role has a clear path to full-time & leadership for the right person.What You'll Do Build and deploy AI agents that call, text, and email leads on behalf of our clients Connect those agents to CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel using APIs and webhooks Write the prompts and scripts that make our AI sound like a top-performing human, not a bot Handle client support requests and onboarding directly (you'll be talking to clients, not just building behind the scenes) Troubleshoot, iterate, and improve automations based on real performanceWhat We Need From YouRequired, no exceptions:Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or a similar automation/workflow platformAbility to read API docs, work with webhooks, and troubleshoot JSONStrong communication skills: you need to be someone we can put in front of a client with confidenceSocial intelligence: you understand how people think and can write AI prompts that feel natural and persuasiveBased in North AmericaStrongly preferred:Experience building AI voice agents or 'AI employees' Familiarity with AI sales workflows & scripts, outbound calling, SMS sequences, follow-up automationPrompt engineering experience, especially for conversational or sales-focused AIHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn (Hit 'Apply')
