Job Description

We are seeking a certified SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Compensation and Variable Pay solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading compensation cycle implementations, system configuration, client workshops, and post-go-live support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementations of Compensation and Variable Pay modules in SAP SuccessFactorsGather and analyze business requirements related to salary planning, bonus planning, stock management, and total rewardsConfigure compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, worksheets, business rules, and formsDesign and implement variable pay programs including bonus calculations and business goalsIntegrate Compensation with other modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and RecruitingSupport data migration, validation, and reconciliation activitiesConduct workshops, system demos, and user training sessionsTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing supportEnsure system compliance with compensation governance and audit requirementsStay updated with quarterly releases from SAPRequired QualificationsSAP Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
