We specialize in steel framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings across commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated, organized, and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects with excellence, efficiency, and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of multiple construction projectsDevelop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedulesPrepare detailed cost estimates and perform quantity take-offs to monitor and track project changes through completion.Collaborate closely with field staff and office teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractsLead and coordinate on-site operations alongside superintendents and site teams to ensure successful project execution from start to completion.Monitor timelines and proactively adjust schedules to meet critical deadlinesDefine project scope and manage subcontractor and internal team expectationsAllocate and manage internal and external resources effectivelyEnsure on-site safety standards are always upheldMaintain accurate and thorough project documentation and reportingImplement and monitor quality control proceduresIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and scope changesProactively troubleshoot and resolve project challengesEnsure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings and specificationsPerform other related duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in the wall and ceiling industry or related construction tradesProven experience in construction project managementExperience managing large-scale high-rise multifamily and commercial projectsCertificate, diploma, or university degree in a related field is considered an assetProject Management training or certification is considered an assetCompensationWe offer a competitive compensation package reflective of experience, performance, and industry expertise.BenefitsDental care, Extended health care and Vision careHow to ApplyAll candidates must apply by submitting their resume to:Only applications submitted via email to the address above will be reviewed.
