As the assistant manageryou should be well versed in both service and back of house operations. Your focus will be ondriving sales and service the way that only Moose Knuckles can; through authentic, honest andirreverent service. You will support the General Manager in the overall performance of thestore, including sales performance ; recruitment, motivation and development of staff ; storemerchandising and visual presentation; expense and payroll controls. Youre confident,Innovative and come with experience in the industry at a large volume operation. You workhard and you play harder !Some of what youll do: Support strategies and initiatives implemented by GM to achieve and exceed businessgoals &targets through epic management and feedback in the shifting of stock Operate the business like you own it.
