We operate in a compliance-forward environment and are committed to combining institutional-grade controls with a modern trading experience.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Crypto Operations Analyst to help strengthen and evolve the engine that powers our platform.The RoleReporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will support and improve the operational infrastructure behind our crypto trading platform.Youll work across trade settlements, reconciliations, liquidity management, wallet operations, reporting frameworks, vendor oversight, and new product initiatives ensuring the business runs accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory expectations.You will have visibility across product, compliance, finance, and engineering. If you like understanding how systems truly work, and improving them, this role will suit you.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily crypto operational workflows (settlements, reconciliations, wallet movements, liquidity monitoring)Identify discrepancies, operational risks, and process gaps and drive resolutionBuild and refine KPI dashboards and recurring operational reporting frameworksAnalyze transaction and financial data to uncover trends, performance drivers, and cost efficienciesAssist with audits, regulatory information requests, and documentation of key controlsImprove and document processes to increase scalability and reduce operational riskSupport vendor oversight and cost optimization initiativesPartner with Product and Engineering to support new product launchesDesign and document operational processes, controls, and workflows required for new features or market expansionsTranslate high-level product concepts into structured operational requirements and task plansQualifications2+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, financial services, operations, or a high-performance environmentStrong academic background in Business, Finance, or a related fieldAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable building structured analyses and modelsHighly detail-oriented with strong process disciplineComfortable working in regulated or compliance-focused environmentsClear communicator who can translate data into insightGenuinely curious about crypto and digital asset marketsExperience in crypto is helpful but not required.
