Artist Management Coordinator Location: Remote / Hybrid Company: Good People Only Good People Only is a modern artist management company built at the intersection of music, technology, and culture. Were growing fast - and were looking for an Artist Management Coordinator to support our artists and the team that brings their careers to life. This role is all about organization, communication, and execution - making sure nothing falls through the cracks while helping the team turn opportunities into results. What Youll Do Support Artist Managers in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communication across all stakeholders. Maintain organized records of artist activity, projects, and key milestones. Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, social media content, and touring logistics. Track critical metrics and insights from social and digital platforms to help the team make data-driven decisions. Help implement and use internal dashboards, automation workflows, and reporting tools developed by the team. Communicate proactively with artists, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns. Who You Are Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. A proactive communicator who can anticipate needs and keep projects moving. Passionate about music, creators, and artist development. Comfortable with tech and internal systems; excited to learn dashboards, automation tools, and data workflows. Bonus if you have experience in: artist management, digital marketing, or music industry operations.
