What youll be doing Provide attentive, high-touch food and beverage service to VIP guests in suites and premium lounges Execute full-service catering standards including tray service, plated service, buffet maintenance, and beverage service Take and deliver food and drink orders with accuracy and efficiency Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings Ensure service stations, bars, and dining areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, personalized service Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow Uphold health, safety, and food handling standards at all times Reset and refresh hospitality spaces between service periods What Were Looking For Previous experience in catering, banquet serving, VIP hospitality, or premium event service Professional, polished appearance with strong service etiquette Confident tray carriers and skilled in multi-table or lounge-style service Strong communication skills and guest-first mindset Ability to remain composed and efficient in high-volume environments Why Join the Team?
