Job Description

We are seeking a certified SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Compensation and Variable Pay solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading compensation cycle implementations, system configuration, client workshops, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementations of Compensation and Variable Pay modules in SAP SuccessFactors Gather and analyze business requirements related to salary planning, bonus planning, stock management, and total rewards Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, worksheets, business rules, and forms Design and implement variable pay programs including bonus calculations and business goals Integrate Compensation with other modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities Conduct workshops, system demos, and user training sessions Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support Ensure system compliance with compensation governance and audit requirements Stay updated with quarterly releases from SAP Required Qualifications SAP Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
