Role Description We are seeking a Principal Program Manager to provide senior-level delivery leadership across complex Salesforce implementations and integrated digital platforms. This role is accountable for program-level execution, governance, risk management, and client confidence across high-value engagements. You will lead enterprise-scale programs spanning Salesforce, customer-facing portals, and integrated systems, ensuring delivery discipline from development through UAT, go-live, and early stabilization. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad influence across delivery, product, architecture, and client leadership.
