About this opportunity: On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist (Level III) to support day-to-day operational analysis, issue resolution, and business process validation within a dynamic financial services environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, business analytics experience, and a strong client-focused mindset. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing operational issues, identifying trends, and supporting continuous process improvements. What Youll Do: Analyze day-to-day operational issues and research root causes to provide timely resolution Support defined procedures and perform routine analytics Create operational reports and complete exception processing Assist with coordination and implementation of products, services, and operational solutions Support the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services Provide guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes Expand business product knowledge within an operations environment Build strong working relationships with internal partners and teammates Inspect data to identify issues and emerging trends Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes What You Bring: Strong verbal and written communication skills (candidates must provide a sample of written communication upon submission) Experience in Business Analytics within an operational or financial services environment Demonstrated customer and client focus Ability to analyze data and identify operational trends Strong problem-solving and research skills Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Nice to Have: Experience within financial services or banking operations Experience supporting product or operational implementations Familiarity with hybrid work environments How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume via the Akkodis Canada website.
