Your day-to-day work will directly shape how millions of people use Copilot in their work and influence Copilots success according to Microsofts core business metrics. As a Senior Product Manager on the M365 Copilot App team, you will own end-to-end execution from problem framing to delivering customer outcomes. You will translate insights into clear deliverables and partner closely with other disciplines to ship features that move key metrics such as engagement, satisfaction and reliability. You will focus first on fundamentals, ensuring that the product is fast, reliable and intuitive to use. You will use customer feedback and telemetry to run experiments, making data-informed tradeoffs to drive metrics. You will collaborate with a breadth of partner teams, ensuring that we leverage our company strengths. Responsibilities You will drive business impact across the M365 Copilot App program and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You will identify investment opportunities, align partner teams, and build momentum for those investments. You will form hypotheses, run experiments, and move key business metrics. You will own the roadmap for multiple feature areas and collaborate with partner teams to define core deliverables and drive customer value. You will partner with others to solve complex technical challenges that improve the customer experience and product development velocity. You will engage with customers to validate investments and build trust with targeted enterprise customers as they adopt AI. You will scale Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, rollout, and customer support plans. You will promote the feature areas you work on across a number of internal and external forums. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience building user experiences and driving metrics-driven results for customer-facing applications. 1+ years of experience in AI technologies. 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
