Silcotech North America Inc. 54 Nixon Road, Bolton, Ontario L7E 1W2 POSITION: Maintenance Manager MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all activities regarding the preventative and corrective maintenance of all building, manufacturing, processing and ancillary equipment. Duties and responsibilities: -Direct the maintenance and repair on all molding machines and related equipment including robots; -Direct the maintenance and repair on all clean rooms; -Direct the maintenance and repair on all curing related equipment; -Implement and maintain records related to preventative, general and corrective maintenance in all areas of responsibility; -Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment; -Organize and maintain a clean maintenance shop; -Machine cleaning where required by production related activities; -Assist Molding Manager/ Supervisors with plant startup; -Maintain close working relationship with Molding manager and supervisors to efficiently schedule preventative maintenance around the production schedule; -Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), clean room, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) procedures; -Strict compliance to safety rules and procedures while on premises; -Repair breakdown of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure; -Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems; -Install and commission new machinery; -Repair and Maintenance of Ovens, Assembly Fixtures, Packaging Fixtures & Equipment. -Repair and Maintenance of Building Equipment, Compressors, Chillers and transformers. -Ability to quickly isolate and solve machinery and equipment problems; and -Create and maintain accurate records and paperwork for service history. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent LANGUAGE OF WORK: English WAGE: CAD 97,000.00 to CAD 105,000.00 per annum based on a 40 hour work week. Eligibility for annual salary review based on companys performance and performance based bonus.
