VP of Product and AI Strategy Location: Canada (Remote) Salary: $190,000 to $210,000 CAD Type: Full time Auxo is hiring a VP of Product and AI Strategy for a startup transforming procurement and supply chain through AI-powered automation. Youll work directly with the CEO to own product strategy, ship AI-native features that drive real usage, and lead the team scaling an enterprise-grade B2B platform. This is a high-impact role for someone whos shipped complex SaaS products, understands how to move fast in a data-heavy environment, and wants to shape the future of an entire category. What Youll Do Own product vision and roadmap across core platform, AI strategy, and ERP integrations Translate business goals into a clear, outcome-driven product strategy Design and deliver AI-native features that create value for industrial users - PO parsing, smart workflows, agent copilots, and more Shorten time to value by driving product-led onboarding and self-serve adoption Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery Define KPIs, release cadence, and team rituals that align execution to outcomes Coach and grow a small, senior product team as the company scales Expand integration surface with SAP, Genius, Epicor, and other ERP platforms Who You Are 8+ years of product leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, including Director or VP level Deep understanding of how to deliver AI-enabled product features that solve real problems Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify, prioritize, and move fast in a growing team Strong communicator who can align execs, engineers, and customer-facing teams around shared goals Comfortable navigating stakeholder complexity in large enterprise environments Bonus: Experience with procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing platforms
