About US Thinkof is a growing technology and IT services company focused on innovation cybersecurity and digital transformation. We are expanding and defending our brand in Canada and are seeking an experienced trademark attorney to manage our Canadian trademark portfolio. Role Description We are seeking an experienced trademark attorney to collaborate with Thinkofs Senior Trademark Counsel to represent and advise Thinkof in Canadian trademark matters, including prosecution, opposition, and enforcement before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. This role is focused exclusively on Canadian trademark filings. Key Responsibilities Represent Thinkof directly before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office Prepare file and manage Canadian trademark applications Handle oppositions, enforcement, and related Canadian proceedings Develop and execute Canada specific brand protection strategy Provide risk assessments and maintain Canadian trademark portfolio Collaborate with Senior Trademark Counsel as well as EU and UK counsel to coordinate global trademark portfolio Collaborate directly with company leadership on long term IP strategy Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from an accredited law school Admitted attorney in good standing with a Canadian provincial law society Registered trademark agent required Strong experience in Canadian trademark prosecution, opposition, and enforcement Experience advising technology or consumer brands preferred Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Fluent professional English required What We Offer Opportunity to lead Canadian trademark strategy for a growing international brand Direct collaboration with company leadership Flexible contract or part-time engagement with potential for ongoing counsel role
