Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Vancouver, BC Salary Range: $75,000$95,000 + benefits Work Arrangement: Full-time, in office About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in Vancouver, is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their real estate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing residential real estate transactions from start to finish. This position is ideal for an experienced conveyancing professional who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and takes pride in maintaining organized, efficient processes for high-volume files. Key Responsibilities Real Estate & Conveyancing Support Prepare purchase, mortgage, and other documents for registration at the Land Title Office Register transfers, mortgages, and related documents through the Land Title Office Order mortgage payout statements and coordinate transaction payouts Prepare and process mortgage discharges and report discharge particulars to purchasers legal representatives Conduct title and off-title due diligence searches, including tax, company, and PPR searches Review and process purchase and sale contracts, deposits, and payouts File & Transaction Management Prepare internal documentation related to trust transactions Draft and finalize reporting letters for completed transactions Maintain accurate and organized file records throughout the conveyancing process Client & Stakeholder Communication Communicate with vendors, purchasers, financial institutions, realtors, lawyers, and other stakeholders to coordinate transaction timelines and requirements Assist lawyers and staff with filing land title documents for non-real estate matters, including liens and other charges against title Compliance & Registry Filings Prepare LOTR declarations and reports when required Register filings with the Land Owner Transparency Registry Qualifications Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant certificate from a recognized program Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate conveyancing Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from file opening through completion Familiarity with ESILaw, NetDocuments, and Microsoft Office is considered an asset Ability to manage a high volume of files while maintaining strong attention to detail Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment About Arlyn Recruiting and How to Apply Arlyn Recruiting collaborates with leading law firms across Canada to help candidates secure opportunities aligned with their education, skills, and career ambitions.
