Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for creating exceptional commercial construction projects? On behalf of our client we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to manage exciting projects in a unique work environment where design meets construction. Role and Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Resource and Capacity Management: Oversee project resources, manage capacity, and ensure effective utilization of team and materials. Contracts and Purchasing: Handle contracts, procurement processes, and purchasing for projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through direct engagement and managing client expectations. Mentoring and Training: Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to team members, fostering professional growth and development. Predicting and Reporting: Anticipate project needs, conduct inspections, and report on progress, issues, and outcomes. Policy and Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and processes (FBA) and maintain high standards of quality assurance and quality control. What youll need to succeed: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing commercial construction projects in value of $10M+ Experience in managing multifamily wood-frame residential projects in a value of at least $10M+ Post-secondary education (Diploma or Degree) in a construction-related field Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and leading people, department operations, managing budgets, and leading, managing and growing a strong team Proven track record in planning and executing commercial projects on time and on budget Demonstrated financial management skills, communication skills, and organizational skills Ability to utilize or learn technology as required: Google Workspace, Buildertrend, other project management software PMP Certification (would be an asset) Compensation: Based on experience: $115,000 - $145,000/year + perks How to Apply: Apply through this posting or send your resume to About SiteTalent: We are a specialized growth and talent partner for the industrial sector.
